Effective from 12 January 2024

These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between:

You – this means:

1. the person we’ve opened a Easton Move General Investment Account, a Easton Move ISA and/or a Easton Move Lifetime ISA for;
2. the Registered Contact in respect of a Easton Move Junior ISA; and/or
3. you as the member of your Easton Move Personal Pension (as agent for the pension provider Embark Services Limited),

and

Us – Easton Move, a trading name of Easton Move Saving and Investment Limited, so whenever you see ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’, you know who we’re referring to.
